| The Database is free of charge to certain categories of user in the South West. Other services, such as advice from our Funding Advisers may be chargeable (please see below for details):
DATABASE SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
When you subscribe to our database, you will be registered with an individual password. Passwords are for the exclusive use of the registered individual and may not be used by others. Any breach of use of the password will result in database access for that user being withdrawn.
Charges
Database access will be made FREE OF CHARGE to the following categories of user based in the listed South West region areas:
· Individuals · Social workers · Health workers · Citizens' Advice Bureaux · Voluntary or community groups · State schools and colleges · Councils for Voluntary Service · Rural Community Councils · Other local development agencies · Churches · Housing Associations · Parish, District and County and Councils & Unitary Authorities · Community Interest Companies SOUTH WEST REGION AREAS of:
· Bath and North East Somerset · Bristol · Cornwall · Devon (including Plymouth) · Dorset (including Bournemouth) · Gloucestershire · Isles of Scilly · Somerset · Wiltshire (including Swindon) Database access will be on a FEE-PAYING BASIS to the following:
· Businesses · Professional freelance fundraisers · National charities · Independent schools · and THOSE OUTSIDE THE ABOVE REGIONS The Fee is: £150 per year single user and +£37 per year per additional user.

ENQUIRIES Wiltshire:
No charge will be made for core services, ie. enquiries on funding matters, from individuals or voluntary organisations within Wiltshire or from voluntary organisations in Swindon. Other Areas:
Funding enquiries from outside Wiltshire will be charged at £23 per hour, payable in advance.
Printed copies of pre-selected funding information packs can be supplied at a charge of £7.50, payable in advance. Consultancy Work
General - All general consultancy work for voluntary organisations outside Wiltshire and Swindon will be charged at £23 per hour plus travel expenses.
Commercial organisations and Local Authorities - Advice given will be charged at £39 per hour. Attendance at seminars etc. run by these organisations - see separate training charges.
Research Costs - Carrying out research and supplying information beyond normal level of core services £23 per hour (voluntary sector) or £39 per hour (commercial or statutory sector). Minimum charge of £23/£39. £7.50 per item supplied where contact name and address only required. Professional Fundraisers - £39 per hour. Commissioned work - £39 per hour. Separate charges for commissioned training - please enquire.
