Rosemary Hopgood, Chief Executive
Rosemary has overall responsibility for running CIB day-to-day. As the main liaison with the Board of Trustees, her role includes the strategic planning and development of the organisation in line with the objectives as set out by the Board of Trustees. Rosemary has expertise in various aspects of charity regulations. Jane Butler, Funding Adviser Team Leader
Jane’s role is to provide advice on sources of funding, fundraising strategies and grant applications for both groups and individuals throughout Wiltshire. As team leader, she oversees the delivery of this information by all funding advisers, as well as having expertise in charity regulations and registration. Jane is investigating how voluntary organisations can work with the local business sector and contributes to the management of an innovative network of businesses, statutory and voluntary organisations in Swindon to promote employee volunteering. Jane delivers the CIB courses relating to funding advice and issues. Julie Allen, Funding Adviser
Julie advises on sources of funding, fundraising strategies and grant applications for both groups and individuals throughout Wiltshire. As part of the funding advice work, Julie holds funding surgeries and workshops in the North Wiltshire and Salisbury areas. Kirsty Haasjes, Step-Up Project Funding Adviser
Kirsty’s role is part of a joint project offering funding expertise to local communities. As with the whole funding advice team, Kirsty supports voluntary and community groups in Wiltshire by providing advice and information relating to finding funding, grants and grant management for projects. Sylvia Norris, Information/Database Officer
As support to the funding advice team, Sylvia's role incorporates the management of the database information. This includes researching, compiling and maintaining details on funders. Sylvia handles registrations to the database, therefore any enquiries relating to access can be directed to her, including notifying her of changes to funding information or with any media enquiries. Sylvia is currently on maternity leave, so please forward any enquiries to: enquiries@cibwilts.org.uk. While on maternity leave, Sylvia’s role is being covered by Jonathan Baker. Bernadette Lowe, Facilities & Office Management Team Leader
Bernadette provides administrative, finance, HR and reception support for the whole staff team. Sue Walden, Administration Officer
Sue provides administration support to the whole staff team. Funding information for individuals is provided by the funding advisers.
